The average customer found the functionality of the Timex Easy Trainer to be fairly easy.
The watch comes with a little health guide which the customers found to be very handy, using this you can correlate the heart rate and length of your workout with your fitness level.

The user changeable batteries are a big plus and the Timex Easy Trainer stopwatch was found to be useful since not all HRT monitors come with this feature.

Having said that, most customers where negative about this watch. It seemed that a lot of people had trouble to get the heart rate monitor watch to read their heartrate.
